DIE BEDEUTUNG DER LEHRE DES II VAT. KONZILS ÜBER DIE CHARISMEN FÜR KANONISTIK
Die Bedeutung der Charismen im Leben der postkonziliaren Kirche wurde zu einem sehr aktuellen Problem der Gegenwart. Das Kozil hat keine Definition der Charismen erarbeitet - es bediente sich der beschreibenden Methode. Nach Lumen Gentium wird das Wirken des hl. Geistes in der Kirche von drei Grundsätzen bestimmt, und zwar des Gewöhnlichen, des Vielfältigen und des Universalen. Im Lichte dieser Lehre muss man die Bedeutung der Charismen im christlichen Leben untersuchen. Sie bilden die Grundlage der spezifischen Aktivität der Gläubigen in der Kirche, die sich nach dem Grundsatz der Einheit und der Ordnung richten soll. Aus der Analyse des Verhältnisses zwischen Kirchenrecht und Theologie, bei der man die charismatische Wirklichkeit in Betracht zieht, ergeben sich theologische Probleme, deren Erwägung zum Postulat der Harmonisation der rechtlichen und charismatischen Ordnung führt. Es ist das Problem mit dem sich gegenwärtig L. de Echeverría, P. Lombardia, R. Sobański, M. Żurowski beschäftigen.

CZTERDZIEŚCI LAT DEKRETU O EKUMENIZMIE UNITATIS REDINTEGRATIO NA ŚLĄSKU CIESZYŃSKIM
Ekumenizm na Śląsku pozostawia wyraźny ślad w ruchu ekumenicznym w całym kraju, a nawet poza jego granicami. Ma on swoją specyfikę i swoje oblicze. Na podkreślenie zasługuje fakt, że coraz więcej wiernych uczestniczy w inicjatywach duszpasterskoekumenicznych. W ten sposób droga prowadząca ku jedności staje się świadomie obranym celem, do którego zmierzają chrześcijanie. Ruch ekumeniczny podejmowany przez Kościoły "wymusiła" niejako sytuacja społeczna: dobrosąsiedzkie życie wiernych różnych Kościołów, a przede wszystkim Rzymskokatolickiego i ewangelicko-augsburskiego. To codzienne, ekumeniczne, na każdym kroku zabarwione życie oraz ekumenizm ludowy, praktyczny, inspirują ekumenizm instytucjonalny. Czy ta konstatacja oznacza coś ważnego dla całościowo, a nie tylko lokalnie pojmowanego ekumenizmu? Niewątpliwie tak - może przybrać formę jednej z podstawowych zasad, wokół których ruch ten się organizuje. Ekumenizm może być bardziej skuteczny w dążeniu do zbliżenia chrześcijan, jeżeli będzie swoją siłę czerpał z codzienności. Jeżeli w swoim programie spróbuje odwzorować to, co ludzie przez wieki z wielkim mozołem tworzyli w zakresie wzajemnego współżycia. Nie wszędzie to współżycie jest oparte na szacunku i tolerancji, ale przykład Śląska Cieszyńskiego udowadnia, że można się z sobą pojednać po to, żeby nie tylko przetrwać, ale i żyć w spokoju. Sobór Watykański II włączył ekumenizm w sam sposób myślenia o Kościele. Dekret o ekumenizmie, który określa się mianem Magna Charta ekumenizmu, mówi o "świętej tajemnicy jedności", jedności w Chrystusie i przez Chrystusa, która jest nieodłączna od działania Ducha Świętego. Jedność stanowi nieustanny imperatyw zobowiązanie i zadanie.

Zusamenfassung
Die verschiedenen Krisen des Zusammenlebens der Menschheit "an der Schwelle" des XXI Jahrhunderts münden in die Krise des Suchens nach der Menschenidentität. Die Absurdität heutiger Denkart besteht darin, dass man versucht, den Menschen selbst wissenschaftlich zu produzieren, ohne danach zu fragen: "Wer ist der Mensch?". Auf den Unsinn dieses Denkens haben schon die Überlegungen des II Vatikanischen Konzils hingewiesen, indem sie sich mit der Problematik der christlichen Hoffnung beschäftigt haben. Sowohl die theologale Hoffnung, wie auch alle irdischen Hoffnungen des Menschen, werden zum Geheimnis des Entstehens seiner christo-logischen Identität. Dabei muss zur Kenntnis genommen werden, dass der "nach dem Abbild" seines Schöpfers geschaffene Mensch eine geheimnisvolle Lebenseinheit der Personenvielheit ist. In diesem Zusammenhang erscheint das Problem der sozialen Dimension des Gegenstandes der christlichen Hoffnung, die nur sozial (Liebe) realisiert werden kann und soll. Ob und wie diese Hoffnung gestaltet das alltägliche Leben des Menschen erkennt man also an der Qualität seiner schöpferischen Teilnahme am sozialen Leben. Demzufolge soll die christliche Hoffnung zum kritischen Inspirationsfaktor der sozialen Aktivität werden. Dabei gilt folgende Behauptung: ich hoffe, dass das woran ich glaube, verwirklicht die Liebe.

Contemporary attacks on the institution of marriage and family
One of the features of the anticulture, which may be observed today, are attacks on marriage and family. Their point is to negate the institution of family and possibly destroy it. The article presents main sources of these destructive influences. The content of the first section shows some misleading philosophies of the human being and utopian ideas which are devastating the family. The article discusses philosophical humanistic models. They include justification of the need of a proper formation to responsibility in personal and family life. Philosophical pragmatic models are also presented. Mainly they do not concern the needs of family life and they do not try to hamper directly its development. The second paragraph describes the attacks on family and marriage focusing on deformation and legal manipulation. The content of the third paragraph are the media. They are also able to cause a serious harm to family by showing improper or even distorted vision of life, religion and morality. During the transmission of information it is needed to respect the truth and dignity of a human being. In the fourth paragraph the author presents the assaults on Christian upbringing. They are a part of the antipedagogy. They are also a manifestation of the attacks on Christianity. In Poland the same situation relates to the catholic family and upbringing.

THE MISSIONARY OBLIGATION OF THE PEOPLE OF GOD
New, after Vatican Council II view on the Church, see the new aspects of the live the People of God (LG 9). The Church is in his nature the missions (AG 2). And the mission obligation is imported in the live of the Church. This article presents the mission duty of the ministry the Pope, Bishops, Priesters, Ordens and the Laity. That is the first Christian necessary to crop up the Baptism and Confirmation and from the Christian and personal vocation to the ministry in the Church too. From generous responsibility of the Church in the world, we must pass on to the specific missionary dimension of every vocation and state of life. The Council said about this missionary dimension: "pro parte sua" (AG 23). The missionary obligation is necessarily for ever person in the Church, ever member the People of God.

Reception of Marian Doctrine of the Vatican II in the Post-Conciliar Selected Publications
The article “Reception of Marian Doctrine of the Vatican II in the Post-Conciliar selected Publications” presents critical analysis of the recent interpretation, contained in the works of contemporary theologians. The analysis revealed that they misunderstood the intentions of the Fathers of the Council, concerning the Marian doctrine of the Dogmatic Constitution on the Church “Lumen gentium”, treating it, as a separate treatise. Such separation of the Chapter VIII from the Conciliar Constitution had a negative impact on the contemporary Mariology. Focusing on the concept of the church as the People of God led to a partial distortion of the perspective in the studies on the presence of Mary in the mystery of the Church. Lack of the concept of the Church as communio sanctorum had a negative influence on the interpretation of the conciliar Mariology.
The article suggests to take into consideration the category of communio sanctorum as a hermeneutical category for Mariology, which will allow to improve our understanding of the place and role of Our Lady in the mystery of the Church.
