A Religion teacher in a school environment in the face of a demonology issue
Summary
The presence of a religion teacher at school becomes a chance to evangelise both students and teachers. They all come from different backgrounds and have vary¬ing experience of God. The article A Religion Teacher in a School Environment in the Face of a Demonology Issue is an attempt to show a religion teacher’s tasks which he can undertake during religious instruction lessons and during informal contacts with other teachers. These tasks are not focused only on spreading the Gospel. But also on making young people aware of spiritual threats connected with wearing satanist symbols and promoting satanism, organizing Halloween, propagating magic. The article proves that the school curriculum for catechism does not underline the threats sufficiently. It contains suggestions of improving the content of the subject in this aspect and also of fuller use of the priest teacher’s presence at school.

SOCIO-POLITICAL CHANGES AND RELIGIOUS-MORAL EDUCATION IN POLISH SCHOOL
Summary
Crises of education as the result of the "post-socialist disease" has been noticed in Poland, just after the collapse of the socialist system. Observing many existing treats and challenges towards the education, the Catholic Church in Poland have supported the process of religious and moral formation, building it on the basis of the personalistic anthropology. In this article, authors undertake the issue of moral education, which includes: basic norms of Christian life, the formation of conscious, education towards freedom and self-education; as well as religious education, which presents sanctity as the main goal of Christian formation. Responsible undertaking of education of children presuppose close co-operation of parents, teachers and educators.

REFLECTIONS ON RELIGIOUS EDUCATION AND CATECHESIS IN CATHOLIC SCHOOLS IN ENGLAND
Summary
The distinctions between catechesis and religious education are recognised in the official Church documents on education, but still are causing problems in Catholic education theory and practice. The author of this article offers some reflections on the research into how far the distinction between catechesis and religious education is has been recognised by the Catholic education theorists with particular reference to the National Project of Catechesis and Religious Education. The immense work of the Project has been to supply current needs of RE teachers, pupils of Catholic schools, parents, catechists. Yet, the present situation requires an ecclesial community which is ready to take the risk of „creating the living language” as a task of the religious education process.

Teaching religion as accompanying: from superficiality to spirituality to personal acquaintance with God Incarnate
Summary
According to the general understanding, accompanying involves first of all being in attendance, being with somebody, sharing the hardships of a journey, joys, but also difficulties, uncertainties, overcoming obstacles on the road together, defining the destination. If Religious Education wants to take on the function of accompanying children and the youth on the road to the contemporary Emmaus, then the fundamental condition is being in attendance and journey together. Therefore, the author of this article reflects upon the idea of the road to Emmaus and the role of school RE as accompanying youth leading from superficiality to spirituality to personal contact with God. Personal acquaintance with God incarnate assumes certain complementarity of God’s initiative and man’s action, cognition, conversion and trust. Thanks to His incarnation God has become audible and visible. Therefore, accompanying the pupil on the road to Emmaus should include both the verbal and visual processes starting from pupil’s inner chaos, his/her questions, problems, difficulties up to the spiritual sphere.

FORMATION TOWARDS PARISH COMMUNITY AS THE GOAL OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS.
Summary
The article entitled „Formation Towards Parish Community as the Goal of Religious Education in Schools” is an attempt to describe the role and meaning of religious education in the process of making the parish into a community. The author proves that the religious education inschools can greatly influence to transform the parish into community and the meaning of catechetical instruction cannot be diminished. This analysis is based on the correlation between the catechetical teachingin schools and the pastoral-catechetical activity in the parish. Fr. W. Osial relates first how the catechetical task of formation towards the community is viewed in the documents of the Church. The documents say that this is one of the six fundamental goals of catechesis. The second part of the article is an analysis of the content and forms of education for the community. Numerous and specific examples of the catechetical activity inschools are presented here and are divided into short and long-term (based on the formation in various religious groups) activities. In the last part the author explores the question of the role of the teacher in the process of drawing the pupils into the parish. The teacher’s attitude is one of the most important factors in influencing the participation of young people in the initiatives directed to them. The teacher’s importance as a role model is also stressed, as well as his personal engagement and openness to the problems of youth.

Summary
The author makes an attempt at analysing the family environment, working on assumptions typical for Christian ecology. Man lives not only in a natural environment, but first and foremost in a society, which has a significant influence on him/her. The first environment of upbringing is a family, where man is a witness to a Christian life and in this way his/her religious and moral attitudes are formed. The family protects and takes care of a human life from the moment of conception to natural death. Moreover, the author takes note of caring for all the family members’ health, which is a gift from God. This care, among other things, finds an expression in rest in a family circle.

TOWARD THE MINISTRY OF THE „DOMESTIC CHURCH”.
Summary
We are making an attempt to outline the foundations of the ministryministry of marriages and families, which lead to the formulation of our basic thesis, expressed in the title: „Toward the ministry of the domestic Church”. There is no intention of this study to postulate changes concerning names or transformation of existing structures. Its essential aim, is to point out the practical dimension of marriage and family as a domestic Church, functioning in the teaching of the Church and in the theory of the ministry of the family.
The idea of the domestic church, deeply rooted in Church tradition, contains very vaulable intuitions for a pastoral vision of the ministry of marriages and families. The analysis of the concept brings to mind the authentically ecclesiastic character of a Christian marriage and a family growing out of the marriage. This analysis points at principled spheres of activity in aid of marriages and families, what was first done by John Paul II. The Pope, by continuing the thought of the Second Vatican Council and of Pope Paul VI, emphasized the role of bringing up children, evangelical missionary tasks of families and the dimension of families’ engaging in ministry as a sign of the ecclesiastic character of Christian marriage and family.
These observations lead to the specification of postulates of ministry, which aim at the authentic discovery of a family as a domestic Church. What seems to be the most important in preparation for marriage is faith formation of an engaged couple, who start building a marriage and a family community. Next of analysed spheres is sacramental life of members of a Christian family and the interpretation of the reality of a domestic Church as a space of the administration of the sacraments. And finally, this analysis closes with an attempt to verify universal ministry actions, while building a domestic Church and pro-family sensitivity among people who still live in different kinds of family relations.

PROMOTION OF THE FAMILY IN CANON LAW. Comments in light of § 1 can. 226 of Code of Canon Law.
Summary
Two remarks of John Paul II from his Letter to families (1994) constitute landmarks of the contemporary Magisterium de familia christiana. „The family itself – says number 19 of the document – is the great mystery of God. As the »domestic church«, it is the bride of Christ. The universal Church, and every particular Church in her, is most immediately revealed as the bride of Christ in the »domestic church« and in its experience of love: conjugal love, paternal and maternal love, fraternal love, the love of a community of persons and of generations”. This statement correlates with a part of number 17 of the said letter: „As a community of love and life, the family is a firmly grounded social reality. It is also, in a way entirely its own, a sovereign society, albeit conditioned in certain ways. This affirmation of the family’s sovereignty as an institution and the recognition of the various ways in which it is conditioned naturally leads to the subject of family rights”. As P.J. Viladrich rightly observed, a creative academic reflection on a convergence of meaning resulting from the both famous notions „domestic church” and „sovereign family” may contribute to implementation of a postulate to place family in a central position of systematics of the canon law. Christian family has an unquestionable constitutional and legal place in the Church and a society. What is at stake here is „a primary basic structure around which the people of God is build up, configured and fundamentally organised” (J. Hervada). Representatives of the so called „Spanish school” unanimously point at the canon – key to a new placement of a family in a canonical legal order. If the science of canon law still has got a task to introduce a congruent system of family law, a peculiar catalyst and a starting point of its fulfilment may be a formula of canon 226 § 1 of the Code of Canon Law which states that: „According to their own vocation, those who live in the marital state are bound by a special duty to work through marriage and the family to build up the people of God”.

UMRINGEN WIR MIT FÜRSORGE DAS EHELEBEN IN DER VORAUSSAGUNG.
Zusammenfassung
Die Kirche ist verpflichtet die „Zeichen der Zeit”, die sich auf die Ehe und Familie beziehen, zu erkennen. Ein Beispiel für dieses Streben ist die Erkenntnis der auf die Familie bezogenen „Zeichen der Zeit”, welches auf dem 2. Vatkanischen Konzil (KDK 47) geschah. Obwohl seit der Konzilanalyse der positiven und negativen Lage der gegenwärtigen Familie über vierzig Jahre vergingen, bleibt diese weiterhin aktuell.
Eine Mentalität der Untreue, Antikonzeption, die Neigung zu Trennungen, sowie auch eine Einstellung auf Genuss und Bequemlichkeit tragen dazu bei, dass die Kondition der Ehe sinkt (im Jahr 2008 wurden in Polen 66 Tausend Ehen geschieden). Daher wird die Fürsorge der Kirche um die richtige Bildung des ehelichen und familiären Lebens durch das Vorhersagen zu einem grundlegenden Erfordernis.
Eine homiletische Strategie ist in der Voraussagung der Ehe und Familie daher notwendig. Die Prediger sollten nicht nur die wichtigsten Themen im Bereich der Eheund Familientheologie anschneiden, sondern auch pastorale Richtlinien und praktische Schlussfolgerungen, die im Ehe- und Familienleben berücksichtigt sein sollten, setzen. Die Voraussagung sollte sich vor allem auf die Verkündung der ehelichen Sakramentalität fokussieren. Diese schafft eine Basis für die christliche Familie, jedoch wird heute leider verleugnet und überdefiniert. In der Ehevorbereitung, aber gleichzeitig auch in der Spendung des Sakraments, muss die Kraft der Verkündung des Wortes Gottes aufs Neue entdeckt werden. Die Voraussagung sollte auch der Erneuerung des sakramentalen Segens der Eheleute dienen, insbesondere während der Exerzitien für Ehepaare, Tage der Besinnung, verschiedener Workshops. Auch bei sonntäglicher Verkündung solle der Aspekt der christlichen Ehe und Familie berücksichtigt werden.

DIE ZELEBRATION DER SCHULMESSE.
Zusammenfassung
Kirche empfiehlt die Zelebration der Eucharistie mit Kinderbeteiligung, besonders an Werktagen, weil sie Kindern mehr geistigen Nutzen in ihrer eucharistischen Formation bringen kann. In unseren Pfarreien wird sie „Schulmesse” genannt, die jede Woche für die Kinder aus der Grundschule gefeiert wird.
Direktorium für Kindermessen legt einen besonderen Wert auf die Vorbereitung der Gebete, Gesänge, Lesungen und Fürbitten. Diese vorangehende Vorbereitung verlangt vom Vorsteher eine Verständigungskunst mit Erwachsenen und Kindern, die besondere Aufgaben in der Eucharistiefeier übernehmen.
In diesem Beitrag werden die pastoralen Adaptations- und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten einzelner Teile der Messfeier mit Kindern an Werktagen präsentiert, in Anlehnung an Direktorium für Kindermessen und Allgemeine Einführung in das Römische Messbuch.
Schulmessen mit einem großen Kinderengagement sind eine ernstzunehmende Chance für die eucharistische Formation, aber sie können keineswegs die einzige Messfeierform für Kinder bleiben, weil Kinder stufenweise in die Sonntagseucharistie mit Erwachsenen eingeführt werden sollen. Aus psychologischen Gründen ist die öftere Zelebration dieser Messfeierform jedoch nicht zu empfehlen. Man kann dadurch leicht den Hauptakzent der Kinderbeteiligung an der Messe auf die Einführung verschieben und die Zelebration der Eucharistie banalisieren.
