DIE FRAGE DER KANONISCHEN JURISDIKTION IN DER DIÖZESE KATOWICE IN DEN JAHREN 1939-1945
Die kanonische Jurisdiktion der Diözese regelten während der Kriegszeit die Verordnungen des Bischofs Stanisław Adamski vom 28. August 1939, sowie die Ernennung des Generalvikars Kaplan Franciszek Strzyż vom 511940. Nach dem Tode des Kaplans Strzyż bekam die Ernennung von dem ausserhalb der Diözese weilenden Bischof 6 VAI - 1601/45. Adamski der Kaplan Franciszek Woźnica. Der Bischof wurde nämlich von den Nazibehörden aus der Diözese entfernt und es wurde ihm die Ausübung seines Ämter verboten. Aus diesem Grunde konnte diese Ernennung nicht veröffentlich werden und die Nazibehörden forderten die Vorlegung eines entsprechenden Dokuments des Heiligen Stuhles. Es wurde also beim Heiligen Stuhl eine Bescheinigung der geheimen Ernennung des Bischofs besorgt. So also verwaltete Kaplan Franciszek Woźnica bis zum Kriegsende die Diözese auf Grund der Ernennung des Bischofs von Katowice. Der Artikel ausser der Aufklärung vieler, mit diesem Problem verbundenen Fragen, stellt ebenfalls einige Quellen aus dieser Zeit dar.

La création de „L’ Association des prêtres polonais en France”. Résumé
Après la I guerre mondiale, la France était un des pays où se trouvaient beaucoup de polonais. Souhaitant garder leurs traditions d’origine et la culture polonaise, ils ont créé diverses association: groupes catholiques, artistiques et de métiers. De même, les prêtres polonais ont voulu aussi, a cette période, créer des associations pour garder entre polonais, intacte, la langue, les traditions et les valeurs catholiques et polonaises. Une des iniciatives a été la creation de “l’Association des prêtres polonais en France” à l’initiative du père Andrzej Sobieski. En novembre 1938, grâce a l’aide du secrétaire de la Mission Catholique Polonaise à Paris, le père Franciszek Cegielka SAC , le père Andrzej Sobieski a reçu les adresses des prêtres polonais qui travaillaient dans les diocèses francais.
Le 17 décembre 1938, il a pu informer par lettres ces prêtres de son idée d’organiser une assemblée des prêtres polonais. L’assemblée a eu lieu chez les religieuses polonaises de la rue de Vaugirard a Paris; neuf prêtres assistaient à cette réunion. Le but de cette nouvelle organisation était de garder les traditions et habitudes polonaises:
- a Noël (la veillée, la crêche, le pain azyme)
- En Carême (“le Saint Sépulcre”)
Le primat August Hlond et le consul a Lille Alexander Kawalkowski ont été informés de la création de cette association.L’action de cette organisation a été determinée en fonction de la situation politique en Europe en 1939. Au mois de mars 1939 le père Andrzej Sobieski fit une collecte entre les membres de l’association pour “la Fondation de la Defense Nationale en Pologne”. Quand a eclaté la II guerre mondiale, l’action de cette association s’est terminée.

Marriage as an image of the Trinity in the catecheses of pope Francis
An analogy between marriage and the Trinity was developed almost from the beginning of Christian theological thought, although it was not always accepted even by the greatest thinkers (as for example Augustine or Thomas Aquinas). This theological tradition is continued by pope Francis who uses the comparison of marriage t o t he Trinity. Similarity between marriage and the triune God should be expressed in unity, openness towards the others (mostly towards offspring) and mutual respect: in absolute equality of a wife and a husband and maintenance of their specific identity as a woman and a man.

REZEPTION DER RELIGIÖSEN LIEDER VON FRANCISZEK KARPIŃSKI IN DEN AUSGEWÄHLTEN EVANGELISCHEN GESANGBÜCHERN
Zusammenfassung
"Die religiösen Werke" von Franciszek Karpiński aus der Sammlung Pieśni nabożne (erste Ausgabe - Suprasl 1792), in den katholischen Gebets- und Gesangbüchern verbreitet, kommen auch in den bedeutenden evangelischen Kantionalen vor. Einer der wichtigsten Vertretern des polnischen Schrifttums in Pommern, Danzinger Pastor Krzysztof Celestyn Mrongowiusz gab einen wichtigen Beweis seiner Toleranz und seiner Beziehungen zu der polnischen Kultur, indem er drei Lieder von Karpiński in seinem berühmten Pieśnioksiąg von 1803 ausgab (die zweite Ausgabe von 1840 enthält schon vier Lieder). Das Werk von Mrongowiusz wurde durch Hinweise von Bischof Jan Pawel Woronicz und durch seine Idee des nationalen Pieśnioksiąg zum Teil inspiriert. Eine ähnliche Achtung für religiöse und nationale Werte zeigte der evangelische Pfarrer Jerzy Heczko, der in dem unter der österreichischen Herrschaft bleibenden Teschener-Schlesien wirkte. In seinem Kantional (erste Ausgabe -Teschen 1865) veröffentlichte er sieben Werke von Karpiński. Vier von ihnen befinden sich auch in der Sammlung von Mrongowiusz: Kiedy ranne wstają zorze, Wszystkie nasze dzienne sprawy, Dosyć Boże deszcze lały, We dnie i w nocy Bóg nad nami czuje. Im Kantional von Heczko sind noch drei andere Lieder: Boże z Twoich rąk żyjemy, Ciebie Boże lud Twój wzywa, Zmarły człowiecze z tobą się żegnamy. Pieśnioksiąg von Mrongowiusz und Kantional von Heczko spielten in der Verbreitung des Glaubens und in der Weitererhaltung der polnischen Literatursprache eine bedeutende Rolle.

The renewal of the C hurch by Pope Francis in his Evangelii gaudium
A new evangelization isn’t only a matter of the method and administered measures, so the domain of pastoral theology and pastoral care, but largely the reality demanding dogmatic reflection. According to this guideline one should read Apostolic Exhortation of the Pope Francis Evangelii gaudium. The new evangelization is based on renewed ecclesiology, which in the presented document receives specific guidance of the papal teaching. It is of even greater significance because this text constitutes the word of main assumptions of Francis’ pontificate.
The Church portrayed in Evangelii gaudium is an evangelizing community and still evangelized and the basic option is the missionary commitment. The Church lives for the Gospel and its proclamation is an essential element of his identity. Pope shows the whole Church, so the clergy and laity, as the subject of evangelization. This applies to different dimensions – pastors and faithful, men and women, families, youth, dioceses and parishes. Small communities are ascribed particular importance.
At the same time the whole church and one baptized individually, regardless of vocation and function, needs continuous accepting the Gospel and converting according to the Word of God. This is not just a matter of personal or communal morality.
Francis calls the Church to pastoral conversion. It marks the first radical focus on the message of salvation. With this comes a bold revision of the customs, practices, actions taken – evaluation of their effectiveness, legitimacy in the modern world, primarily in terms of outright portraying Jesus and his message.
Evangelii gaudium shows the condition of the Church, its strengths and weaknesses. It does not only present the description but also points to the way out of the crisis and multiplying the good that is the wealth of the Church. Text is expressing optimistic vision of the world, the Church, evangelization. This happens whenever baptized focus on Jesus, and developed missionary zeal leads to experiencing true joy.
A brief but suggestive call the Pope Francis gives the main directions for the perception of the evangelizing and evangelized Church: ‘May we never abandon them [this is poor]’, ‘Let us not allow ourselves to be robbed of missionary enthusiasm!’, ‘Let us not allow ourselves to be robbed of the joy of evangelization!’, ‘Let us not allow ourselves to be robbed of hope!’, ‘Let us not allow ourselves to be robbed of community!’, ‘Let us not allow ourselves to be robbed of the Gospel!’, ‘Let us not stifle or presume to control this missionary power!’, ‘Let us receive the sublime treasure of the revealed word’, ‘May we never remain on the sidelines of this march of living hope!’.

Pope Francis’ teaching about family in the context of its vocation to evangelization and upbringing
An issue which is of particular importance in the teaching of pope Francis is the reflection on the role of the family in the process of evangelization and the formation of faith. The starting point here is a proper anthropology (the complementarity of man and woman, the appropriate roles in the family) and theological foundations (the experience of God, family rooted in the grace of the sacrament of matrimony).
The awareness of this foundation is indispensable in the context of the difficulties and dangers affecting contemporary families. These negative influences include, above all, consumerism, materialism, a godless lifestyle, modern idols, social and economic problems, as well as ideologies attacking the family and affecting the social shape of reality.
From such a perspective, it becomes even more necessary to highlight the key challenges facing the family. It is therefore a school of humanity, spiritual and ecclesial life, social life and evangelization. The family should be supported in a multidimensional way by the whole Church in the implementation of this mission. Catholic movements and societies are especially helpful in this regard.

Mystery and community. Around the encyclical “Lumen fidei” by Pope Francis
The word mystery occurs numerous times in the contents of the encyclical of Pope Francis and refers to various realities. It is closely correlated with the community of the Church, which is the proper place to make experiencing God’s mystery more accessible, which takes place in the most distinct manner in the sacraments. God’s mysteriousness must be distinguished from the notion of mystery. The mysteriousness is not eliminated by Revelation, as this is of a practical nature and is fulfilled in the covenant of God and human. Each human word is imperfect when compared with God’s mystery, therefore also theological statements are only a hermeneutic element of the polemics of the history which brings God closer, yet it cannot and will never be able to encompass it in its expressions.
