WORK AS A VALUE WITH RESPECT TO THE PROBLEM OF UNEMPLOYMENT
The article is focused on a value of human work. In the case of increasing unemployment, especially unemployment of young people, the sense of the work is often depreciated. Unemployment of school-leavers is a specific situation, because they experience all consequences of unemployment before they get their first job. The consciousness the value of work is a main motivator in searching for a job. This topic is presented in the article.

INTERPERSONELLE KONTAKTEN ANGESICHTS EXISTIERENDEN STEREOTYPEN (BASIEREND AUF POLEN UND DEUTSCHLAND)
Die Bemerkung der Umgebung hängt hauptsächlich von der Haltung der Menschen ab, also die relativ stetige Neigungen zur positiven oder negativen Einstellung zu anderen Leuten, Sachen oder Vorfällen. Bestimmte Haltungen formen sich auf die persönliche Erfahrung, oder werden von anderen übernommen. In diesem Fall erscheint die Gefährlichkeit sich von den Stereotypen überwältigen zu lassen, also die Gefahr der Durchführung einer sehr einfachen Charakteristik von bestimmten.
Die deutsch-polnische Beziehungen stützen sich auf die existierende seit Generationen Stereotypen, die in dem Leben in der Gestalt der fertigen Meinungen, Beurteilungen, sogar in den Scherzen und Anekdoten anwesend sind. Der Zutritt Polens zur Europäischen Union hat einen Einfluß auf die Beziehung der Polen zu ihrem westlichen Nachbar. Angesichts des vereinigten Europas formt sich eine neue Haltung, die offen auf die anderen und die Welt ist. Die direkten Kontakte mit Deutschlandsstaatsbürgern und breitere politische und wirtschaftliche Kenntnisse brechen die Stereotypen und reduzieren Voreingenommenheiten. Das alles spielt eine große Rolle in der Gestaltung der Haltung den Deutschen gegenüber, die Stereotypen dagegen spielen eine kleinere Rolle.

THE PROBLEM OF UNEMPLOYMENT REFERRING TO OCCUPATIONAL EMIGRATION
Abstract
The article undertakes two critical topics that occurs currently in our country, namely unemployment and occupational emigration. Unemployment is a great sociological and psychological problem that has existed in Poland since 1990, and has become one of the crucial issues that needs effective solution. However during last two years the number of people without work has been rapidly decreasing, from about 17 per cent in 2006 to 11 per cent in 2008, the main reason of this variation refers to great occupational emigration, rather than to economical resolution. Moreover, the vision of potential return of temporary occupational emigrants leaves this problem still opened.

The New Aspect of the Unemployment. Summary
The article undertakes the critical topic, namely the problem of unemployment, that is still a great sociological and psychological problem in Poland. The analysis of the changes, that has occurred since 1990 depicts the unemployment as the dynamic process rather than static issue. Accordingly, described problems influenced by personal as well as environmental factors. This report consider also the culture that has a significant impact on the perception and behaviours undertaken by the unemployed.t

In the Organizational Jungle. Occupational Reintegration after Parental leave
Equality between women and men in the labor market becomes one of the crucial topics. The issue of occupational reintegration of the workers after parental leave seems to be crucial in this field. The article analyzes the factors that affecting the employee during returning to work after childbirth. Unethical behaviors, isolation, discrimination and luck of social support increase the emotional costs and reduce the sense of safety at the workplace. The perceived difficulties in reconciling work and family life negatively influences the procreative plans. Therefore, the considered problem becomes critical and needs the effective solutions.

Psychosocial Costs of Occupational Reintegration of the Unemployed
The current labour market offers many opportunities. The development of new fields and technologies simplifies work and generates demand for specific specialists. On the other hand, rapid development and computerization of industry contribute to human depreciation and the increase of the machine value. Since unemployment influences a person in a specific manner, organizational reintegration could be particularly difficult for newcomers previously unemployed. The article analyses the emotional costs of reemployment and occupational reintegration. The view of potential job loss often determines the negative phenomena in the workplace of employment, such as aggressive competition, devaluation of values and moral principles. The atmosphere in the workplace mostly affects individuals returning to work after a long break. The consequence of unfavorable conditions associated with reintegration can lead to the occupational re-exclusion. Therefore, social support, especially within organization, becomes a very important factor in the situation of occupational reemployment.
